We're excited to announce a significant milestone in our Intelligent Innovation System (IIS) journey – the launch of our brand new AI Assistant! 🚀

What's New?

Today, we've deployed an MVS (Minimum Valuable Solution) of our AI Assistant, now accessible directly through the "My Work" (MW) section of the Next Lab | Leader platform. This beta release represents our commitment to making innovation management more intuitive, conversational, and dynamic.

What Can the AI Assistant Do?

Our AI Assistant is designed to be your personal innovation management companion. With just a few conversational commands, you can:

Help you with Budget Management

• Check your innovation budget, just ask: "What is my innovation budget?"

• Update budget allocations with simple text commands
• Track and modify opportunity-specific budgets. Just type: "Update the Grow portfolio budget to 500.000"

Opportunity Insights

• Retrieve detailed information about specific opportunities
• Add hypotheses and insights on the fly
• Log expenditures with ease, just text: "Add a 500 dollar expenditure to opportunity "Flying Cars" on February 1st 2025"

Portfolio Analysis

• Get quick analyses of your portfolios, just say: "Analyze my portfolios"
• Understand the landscape of your entire opportunity ecosystem
• Compare assumptions against known knowledge

Important Update for Existing Users

All your previous Projects have been seamlessly migrated to the Innovation Opportunities section within Next Lab | Leader. This transition enables better organization and management of your innovation initiatives while maintaining all your existing data and workflows.

These distinct spaces have been carefully crafted to support innovation professionals in their specific roles, whether you're facilitating innovation sessions or managing your organization's innovation strategy. The new structure ensures you have exactly the tools you need, when you need them.

We're confident these improvements will enhance your innovation journey, and we look forward to supporting your success with Next Lab 2.0.

On this release:

• Privacy and Cookie Policy: Updated to use new provider keeping the data protection and transparency
• Security Improvement: Secured the implementation of reCAPTCHA to significantly reduce bot sign-up and sign-in attempts
• Error Handling Enhancement: Improved error management for S7 and AI Focus group: Added user-friendly error messaging, prevents loader from getting stuck during AI execution failures, users will now see a "Try again later" message if an error occurs.

On this release:

• Improvements on the Super 7 Next Tool UI, making clearer the responses of the Next Board.
• Improvements on the performance of the Super 7 and AI Focus Group Next Tools, a tad faster.
•  A super admin can now download a CSV file with all users and some of their details. 
• Optimization on the infrastructure of our hosting platform (more professional and faster deployment)

• A series of bug fixes implemented, including: improved team search loading times, corrected sorting within folders (sprints/sessions), resolved an issue where the first pain hypothesis was swapped with the second in the AI Focus Group Drill, fixed pagination in user search within teams, enabled session searches within folders, and enhanced AI input animations.
